The operating partnership.
IMS Group is led by a partnership of operators. Each partner runs a mandate, brings a network, and co-invests alongside the Group.
Operators only on public surfaces
Operating partners run the mandates and appear on these pages. The principal families behind the Group keep their relationships private, in keeping with how stewardship partnerships have always been built.
Co-investment is mandatory
Every operating partner co-invests alongside the Group on every commitment, with alignment built into the structure of the partnership itself rather than negotiated case by case.
Career-velocity decisions
Operators bring the judgement that compresses underwriting from quarters to days, drawing on the partnership's network, its operating history, and the IMS Labs technology stack that runs underneath every decision.
Anastasios founded IMS in 2016 and subsequently established IMS Digital Ventures, merging operational experience with the ecosystem advantage of a multi-generational family-office network. He leads the Group across all four operating divisions, sets the investment thesis, and represents the partnership across the global network.
Trained in mergers and acquisitions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, Anastasios brought institutional rigour to a model that built proprietary technology before it raised external capital. The result is a Group anchored by ten years of compounded R&D, a family-office network that anchors every commitment, and an investment management business built for the underserved corners of private capital.
He holds a Law degree and a Management degree from HEC Paris.

What being an operating partner means inside the Group.
The operating partnership is the Group's organising principle. Three commitments define the role.
Run a mandate.
Each partner owns a mandate inside one of the four divisions. Origination, underwriting, and operating responsibility sit with the partner, not a committee.
Bring a network.
Each partner brings their operating network into the partnership. Customers, deal flow, judgement. The network is the platform.
Co-invest alongside.
Each partner commits personal capital on every Group commitment. Alignment is built into the structure, not bolted on at the end.
